II. Product Features
1. Visible Switch Contact Function: The VCS product uses ABB OT series and Socomec original imported disconnect switches, featuring two fully disconnected indication functions, making the switch contact status clear at a glance, thereby protecting machinery, equipment, and personnel safety.
2. Safety Interlock Device: The disconnect switch is connected to the operating handle installed on the outer side wall of the box via a mechanical interlock device. At the same time, this mechanical interlock device interlinks with the box door, ensuring that the box door cannot be opened when the disconnect switch is in the closed state, and the disconnect switch cannot be closed when the box door is open, guaranteeing the safety of on-site maintenance personnel.
3. Box Sealing Protection Device: The VCS product achieves an overall protection rating of IP65 through features such as a brim device on the top of the box, a 180-degree outward-flanged door edge, one-time glue sealing on the inner side of the door, and sealed cable entry with tightening bolts.
